Welcome to the Brookings Wrestling Association website!
Brookings is once again proud to be hosting the Great Plains Championships. The tournament is being held December 11-12, 2009 at the Swiftel Center.
  In addition to finding out who is the best in the midwest, the tournament also features a chance for wrestlers of all ages to witness one of the best wrestling programs in the nation. On Saturday, December 12, the hometown South Dakota State University Jackrabbits will be hosting a dual with the perennial division one, top-five powerhouse, Nebraska Cornhuskers.
Great Plains Tournament action will start at 9:00am Saturday. Later that morning the tournament will halt and the Jacks and Huskers will take to the mat. Following the conclusion of the dual the tournament will resume and conclude later that evening.
One entry fee gains access to the Great Plains Championships as well as the Jacks/Huskers dual.
